Yes. Book before 12pm and we can often deliver the same day, subject to bin availability in your area.

Most customers place the bin on their driveway or property. You need to make sure there is enough space for the bin. If it has to go on the road or nature strip, it is your responsibility to check it is allowed there; contact your local council if you are unsure whether a permit is needed.

Our standard hire period is up to 7 days. We are flexible and can arrange shorter or longer hire; a small extra fee may be quoted if you want to keep the bin longer than agreed.

The following are not allowed in any of our skip bins: paint or liquids of any sort including liquid concrete, asbestos, tyres, batteries, gas bottles, food scraps. Mattresses can be added to a booking for a fee of $75 each.

Yes, if you add it to your booking. Each mattress costs $75.

For general, household and green waste, included limits are 800kg for 3m³, 1,000kg for 4m³, 1,400kg for 6m³, 1,800kg for 8m³, 2,400kg for 12m³ and 3,000kg for 20m³. Excess weight is invoiced separately. Heavy waste, soil-only and concrete-only bins have no stated weight limit in the hire terms, but safe loading and the brim line still apply.

Choose general waste for mixed rubbish without heavy materials, household for furniture and household items, green for 100% garden waste, heavy for bricks, tiles and concrete mixed with other waste, and clean soil or clean concrete only when the load is 100% that material. You must tell us the type of waste so we supply the right bin.

Prices start from $375 for a 3m³ bin in Zone A, GST included. Your exact price depends on bin size, waste type and delivery zone.

Selected extras are shown before payment. Excess weight, overfilling, prohibited waste and failed collections can result in additional charges under the hire terms. Contact the office for extension charges before keeping a bin beyond its agreed collection date.

Book and pay online by card. We also accept cash, card and EFT, and flexible payment arrangements can be discussed with our team. All prices are in AUD and include GST.

Contact the office as early as possible. A cancellation before delivery carries a $55 administration fee. Late same-day changes, postponements or cancellations incur a $150 plus GST fee under the hire terms.

Bins can't be moved from where they were delivered unless agreed beforehand. Relocating a bin on request may attract a small extra fee.

Yes, a walk-in rear door is available on selected sizes for $50, which makes loading heavy or wheeled items easier.
